STOBI
Surrounded by the remnants of the ancient town of Stobi, this winery stands proud as a midpoint where the old and new worlds of wine meet in the Tikveš wine region.
As the Mediterranean climate from the south collides with the continental climate from the north, it creates an area most remarkable for grape growing and wine production on the entire Balkan Peninsula.
Stobi offers over 20 different grape varieties grown in the Tikveš region, many of which are indiginous such as R’kaciteli, Žilavka and Župljanka.
Praised for their flavours and quality Stobi wines will surely become a firm favourite of British wine connoisseurs.
